Measuring 1.8” x .78” (45mm x 20mm), this modestly sized plate provides ample space to laser engrave up to six lines of 36 characters. We engrave a bold, high-contrast black lettering that is easily read and guaranteed not to fade.
This medical bracelet comes with our most popular stainless steel matte finish double lock security clasp which opens accordion-style to easily take the bracelet on and off.

3) Medical Conditions
4) Life Threatening Medications (i.e. blood thinners)

List only medicines you wish to be engraved. Generally, this would be prescription medicine, taken on a long-term daily basis which are unlikely to change. You may wish to list the most important medicines first.
List only those allergies which are severe and can cause a life threatening event.

I liked the imprinting on the bracelet.
I did not like the size. Very misleading in the pictures. I have a small wrist & ordered the small. Super big & awkward.

My wrists are very small and as I have continued to loose weight are getting smaller. I’m not sure this can be adjusted to not fall off. You also tend to sweat underneath which can cause skin irritation. That said, I have to where one so I guess I will stick with this for now.

The latch is a not quite as easy to manipulate as some watch band latches I’ve had. With this type of ID bracelet, you cannot engrave the back side. The band is comfortable enough, but, a little hot. I think its silicone. The main complaint I can think of is the cost. I think it’s a little costly for what it is.
